Mayte Morales

Mayte Morales is a Mexican actress and costume designer. Born in San Luis Potosí, Mexico, she later relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada, where she has built her life and creative pursuits. In 2025, she married filmmaker Marcus Lacey. Making her screen debut, Morales appears in the short film Absolution (2026) in a supporting role while also serving as the film's costume designer, helping shape the visual identity of the production. Her work behind the scenes reflects a strong eye for character, detail, and storytelling through wardrobe. Absolution marks the beginning of her work in independent filmmaking, both in front of and behind the camera.
